The South Wing is located in the quieter area of the hotel, the rooms overlook the inner courtyard or the property's garden. From the top floors, on one side of the hotel, you can admire the main monuments of Florence and the splendid panorama of the Fiesole hills. The rooms have been completely refurbished, with parquet flooring and marble bathrooms.
The choice of room available consists of the newest Contemporary Superior Rooms of the elegant first and second floor, also available as interconnecting rooms, the new Suite, up to the Classic Rooms of the other floors. The size of room is between 193–322 square feet (18 & 30m2) and, depending on size, can accommodate up to 6 people by booking two communicating rooms. There are 2 lifts in the South Wing.
The new South Wing first floor is connected to the adjacent Main Building by a bright, elegant corridor. Alternatively it can be reached by stairway directly from the hotel lobby or by using one of the side elevators.

The Junior Suite located in the South Wing is a 30 square feet room, with living area and walk-in wardrobe.
