The menu is a celebration of local excellence, enriched by the use of fresh herbs from the restaurant's botan-ical garden.

There are three tasting itineraries offered:

• "Attualità": 5 courses that tell the story of the region, from its cattle farmers to its local growers.
• "Identità": 7 courses that express the soul and journey of the chef.
• "Carta Bianca": 9 courses, which represent the free creative interpretation of Chef Sardi.

With this prestigious award, Serrae Villa Fiesole has become a must-visit destination for gourmet food enthusiasts.

The “Serrae Villa Fiesole” Restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday (September through June) and Wednesday through Monday (in July and August), with lunch service from 12:30 to 2 p.m. and dinner service from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
