The Christmas lunch menu for December 25 at Arno Restaurant inside the FH55 Med Executive Hotel:
Amuse Bouche with a welcome toast
Baccalà and Nduja croquette with chickpea sauce and extra virgin olive oil

Marinated Angus beef with traditional PDO balsamic Modena vinegar sauce (Acetaia Malpighi)
Accompanied by caprino goat’s cheese mousse, mixed leaf salad and mushrooms
Traditional Christmas fare: Tortellini in capon broth
Buckwheat crepes filled with Nepitella, cow’s milk ricotta and porcini mushrooms, baked au gratin with Vacche Rosse Parmesan aged 24 months
Cinta Senese ham with herbs (Sergio Falaschi Selection) bake in the oven with black truffle sauce, sautéed rainbow chard and crispy potato millefeuille
Shortbread tartlet with Gianduia cream, Piedmont hazelnuts, red berries and zabaione
Artisanal panettone and pandoro served with whipped cream
